A developer promises version two on Tuesday, again. So he takes the man who pays for the servers up to the roof, into a shuttle, and down onto the planet itself. Everything you see was generated shot by shot, then cut, scored and mixed like a film.

Coffee, servers, Tuesday
The coffee went cold ten minutes ago, one of the four servers died at four in the morning, and the release date is Tuesday. It was Tuesday last week too.
Act 4
The thing on the roof
“That’s not a server, that’s the release build.” No pilots, no licence, an autopilot and a wormhole.

Version two, live
PlanetX Alpha itself: low gravity, a golden emperor, banks and an arsenal, a war run from the cabin window, and one very bad idea involving a warhead.

Back to Tuesday
An alarm clock, cold coffee again, a streetcar that nearly ends it, then the demo everyone asks for and a release date that has not moved.

PlanetX Cabbage
Two clones on a tank. One farmer with a truck full of cabbage.
Mark One and Mark Two from PlanetX Charging are back, still sitting on the same tank. A farmer drives past with a truck of cabbage, backs it up to a cargo starship and starts loading. In PlanetX, ten million food sent to the Emperor wins the planet for whoever ships it. The tank has two shots to stop him.
It follows PlanetX Charging. The clones come back in PlanetX Mark Returns.

PlanetX Mark Returns
One man, a tablet, and a CLONE button with no warranty.
Mark One from PlanetX Charging presses PLAY AGAIN in an empty field and a whole base builds itself around him. A tank rolls out of the factory, a fighter lands on the charging station, and he still feels alone. So he clones himself. The first clone takes the jet. The second one is smarter and sits on the tank.
It follows PlanetX Cabbage, where the same clones lose a planet to a farmer. The clones come back in PlanetX Dancers.

Mark One and Mark Two roll up on their tank, clip a statue on the way and fire one shot at the skyline without meaning to. Then they get on stage and dance with her, badly, and sing even worse.
It follows PlanetX Mark Returns, where the same clones get a tank and lose a jet. The clones come back in PlanetX Taxi.

The clones start a taxi. One seat, no air conditioning.
Mila books the cheapest ride in town and gets CUBER: a tank the clones cut in half, welded a box into and painted yellow in one afternoon. They promise it is safe, then take a shortcut through a wall.
It follows PlanetX Dancers, where the same clones crash a dance show.
